Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
The short version: Cognitive Campaigns does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data from visitors to this website. There are no cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no advertising pixels, and no contact forms on this site.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the public website at cognitivecampaigns.com (the “Site”), operated by Cognitive Campaigns (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what data the Site does — and does not — process when you visit.
2. Data we collect: none
We have intentionally built this Site to collect no personal data whatsoever. Specifically, this Site does not:
- set or read any cookies or use local/session storage for tracking;
- run analytics, heatmapping, session-recording, or fingerprinting scripts;
- embed advertising or social-media tracking pixels;
- load fonts, scripts, or other assets from third-party servers;
- include contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or accounts;
- ask you to submit, or otherwise collect, any personal information.
The Site is served as static files and makes no third-party network requests, so your browser does not transmit your information to any outside service on our behalf.
3. Server logs
Like virtually all websites, the hosting infrastructure that delivers this Site may automatically generate standard technical logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and the time of a request) for the sole purpose of serving pages and maintaining security. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors, we do not combine them with any other data, and we do not use them for marketing. If you would like details about our hosting provider's log retention, contact us using the details in Section 8.
4. How we use data
Because we do not collect personal data through this Site, we do not use it for any purpose, including profiling, automated decision-making, or advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone.
5. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) grants you rights over your personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because this Site does not collect or store personal data, in practice we hold no personal data about you to access, correct, or delete. Should you ever provide us personal data directly (for example, by emailing us), we will process it only to respond to you, keep it no longer than necessary, and honor any of the rights above on request.
6. Your rights under the CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), grants you the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
We do not collect, sell, or share (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) the personal information of any consumer through this Site. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not do so. You will never be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right.
7. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK).
8. Contact
Questions about this policy or your privacy rights can be directed to Cognitive Campaigns at manoj@cognitivecampaigns.com. If you exercise a data-subject or consumer right, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
If our data practices ever change — for example, if we add a contact form or analytics — we will update this policy and revise the “last updated” date above before those changes take effect.
